My prototypical customer would be woman in her early 20’s to early 30’s. Her goals are to be organized and efficient. She is outgoing, loves fashion, cooking, and working out. She drives a cute but affordable car, like a Toyota corolla or a Nissan Altima but she has to have a black leather interior and silver exterior. She loves posting her homecooked meals on her Instagram story and sharing relatable quotes. She loves to watch The Bachelor and Power. She doesn’t have kids and is currently single living their best life. Her favorite books to read are motivational books.
My customer and I are very similar in terms of age, gender, and interests. My customer is also someone I’d personally would be friends with. Relating to your customers and creating relationships is very important. You’re not selling a product or service, you’re selling you. So, the more you can relate the easier you’ll be able to initiate relationships

Hey Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteYour prototypical character turned out great. I enjoyed reading about the unique traits your customers might have. I found it interesting how you were also related to your customer. I think it is also important to be relating to your customers. Relating to your customers makes it easier to sell and create relationships with them.
Hey Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteI really liked the avatar that you created. It really shows that you know how your prototypical customer looks like. Also, good job with defining her, and it is interesting that she is similar in some ways to you!
