b. He would mostly buy in person, seeing that the services he would need are mostly relationship based.
c. Results is also what he said helps him determine whether a purchase was good or bad.
Conclusions:
In terms of alternative evaluation and purchase decision, this segment depends on their specific focus and goal to evaluate when they’re purchasing. What they purchase has to fit them best. In terms of post-purchase evaluation, the results of the purchase, the implementation of the service or good is what helps them determine if it was bad or good. However, I feel like results in a general sense is how many people determine if a purchase was good or not.
Hi Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteI hope you are staying safe. Good job by finding interviews with people in very distinctive fields, it was really interesting to see. It was also interesting to see how differently those three people choose their products, and how they use different resources in the process. Overall great job. Keep it up!
