1. I am able to get people to open up easily, so people feel like they can trust me.

1. My roommate Maddy thinks that I am very quick to be able to find what could go wrong n a situation even when she would have never thought of it. She thinks I put a lot of focus on quality, because I value it.
2. My cousin Gabby thinks that I am a fast learner and a good problem solver when I have time to evaluate all sides of a situation.
3. My cousin Erick thinks I have wisdom beyond my years because I can step outside of myself and see things in ways that maybe he had not thought of before.
4. My friend Javon thinks I have a good judgement of situations and evaluating whether something will be a good idea or not. He also said I have quick intuition when it comes to finding out other's motives.
5. My brother Chris think that I am very true to myself, and can be intense when speaking or defending something that is important to me.
Reflections: I think the way I see my self and the way others do isn't too far apart from each other.
I don't think I would make any corrections to the list because I feel like my answers were genuine and pretty accurate.

ReplyDeleteI think you’ve done a good job of assessing yourself. It can often be difficult to do, but introspecting and determining what sort of qualities make you unique is one of the most important things one can do to understand what they bring to the table in business. I think you also got some very useful feedback and workable data from your interviews.

I think being able to see things from multiple perspectives gives you a huge advantage in life. The feedback others gave you is in line with what you thought of yourself. It is always interesting to see what others have to say about you. Good job!

ReplyDeleteIt is clear that if both the people around you and yourself, think the same things about your behavior, it means that you have an accurate assessment. I find very cool that you are able to see things from different angles and perspectives, as it gives you an advantage when dealing with tough people or situations. Likewise, I like that you take advantage of your instinct. Good job!
