V – My software is valuable because it will guarantee some type of gain from exposure no matter what.
R – There is no other software like this on the market.
I – It’s difficult to copy because developing a software that encompasses engagement trends for multiple different software is difficult.
N – There are resources that can provide the same service only for individual platforms but without management and education features.

My top resource is reliability. It’s more important than others because it is the main reason why this software will be necessary. Clients will be able to rely on the software for management and information on the growth of their company. They can rely on this software to help them bring up their exposure and build their markets.

  1. Hey Jennifer,
Good job at figuring out and mentioning the 10 assets that you currently have in order to start out your venture. It is important that you already have all of these elements, and my recommendation is that you keep trying to expand this list, and attain more and more oh them. Also, reliability is a very important thing to have, and I am glad you have it!

  2. Hey Jennifer,
I really like your list of 10 resources that you currently have with your venture. I think customization is important in your service as each customer will have their own preferences. Your VRIN analysis was spot on. I also agree that reliability is a top resource to have. Keep up the great work!

  3. Hi Jennifer
I think you did a great job mapping out the unfair advantage that your venture has. I think reliability is a great resource, and certainly is a top contender for your most valuable resource. Reliability is a huge selling point in today’s market. Time is incredibly valuable, and a reliable product ensures customers that their time will not be wasted by a need to find alternatives.
    Great work!
