1.     Me
a.     I am a student, future social worker, social seller, social buyer, and social media manager. My skills I would say are being able to see the whole picture when many others don’t or helping others see different perspectives, I also speak Spanish, I feel like that’s an important skill because I am able to expand the individuals I network with. My aspirations are to help and encourage people. In terms of this business concept, it would play a role in my life because I’d personally would be able to use it for my current employers, and I would be able to use it personally to build my brand. Also, I would be helping others reach their goals which is something I’d enjoy doing. Speaking Spanish allows me to expand my market initially and to market myself in both languages.
2.     What am I offering to customers?
a.     I am offering an all-encompassing social media marketing and managing software to reach more clientele and gain exposure, in turn creating more profit. This would become international at some point.
3.     Who am I offering it to?
a.     I am offering it to small businesses, corporations, startups, bloggers, influencers, companies, organizations, and individuals. In the English speaking and Spanish speaking market. Hoping to expand to more languages in the future.
4.     Why do they care?
a.     They care because social media managing and marketing is time consuming, expensive, confusing, and hard to do on multiple platforms. Also, because social media is where they would reach the highest exposure.
5.     What are my core competencies?
a.     I don’t think there is a made software that encompasses most special media’s and with their engagement trends, education tips for social media marketing, social media managing hire, and content tools. I would be a unique and of a kind business.

I believe that these elements fit very well together. I think the concept once developed further can be adjusted and customized to fit almost every specific need within the overall unmet need of my customers. The software will not be a one-fit for all because that’s not realistic and wouldn’t work honestly. I think many will see the value this concept would have for them and the return profit would make it even more worth-while.

The feedback I received was very positive, I didn’t receive feedback that would make me want to or have to change this idea napkin, so I didn’t do much tweaking. What I did get from the feedback was that due to how social media is used today that this would be viable service for many.

c.     We just exchanged information.
d.     This person allows me to see what people needing engagement are willing to pay for engagement and what they are putting out as marketing posts.
Reflection: This experience has shown me that sometimes you have to be intentional with your networking and not just network with everyone because an opportunity might present itself. It’s also important to network with a plan.

18 A

My prototypical customer would be woman in her early 20’s to early 30’s. Her goals are to be organized and efficient. She is outgoing, loves fashion, cooking, and working out. She drives a cute but affordable car, like a Toyota corolla or a Nissan Altima but she has to have a black leather interior and silver exterior. She loves posting her homecooked meals on her Instagram story and sharing relatable quotes. She loves to watch The Bachelor and Power. She doesn’t have kids and is currently single living their best life. Her favorite books to read are motivational books.

My customer and I are very similar in terms of age, gender, and interests. My customer is also someone I’d personally would be friends with. Relating to your customers and creating relationships is very important. You’re not selling a product or service, you’re selling you. So, the more you can relate the easier you’ll be able to initiate relationships

2. My cousin Gabby thinks that I am a fast learner and a good problem solver when I have time to evaluate all sides of a situation.

3. My cousin Erick thinks I have wisdom beyond my years because I can step outside of myself and see things in ways that maybe he had not thought of before.

4. My friend Javon thinks I have a good judgement of situations and evaluating whether something will be a good idea or not. He also said I have quick intuition when it comes to finding out other's motives.

5. My brother Chris think that I am very true to myself, and can be intense when speaking or defending something that is important to me.

Interview 2: Online beauty social seller
a.     She does her picking based on price and reviews.

Interview 3: Up and coming recording artist
a.     He picks based on reputation and stats. What is important to him is an established company with loyal clientele to base the reputation of the company + service/product.
b.     He would mostly buy in person, seeing that the services he would need are mostly relationship based.
c.     Results is also what he said helps him determine whether a purchase was good or bad.

Conclusions:
In terms of alternative evaluation and purchase decision, this segment depends on their specific focus and goal to evaluate when they’re purchasing. What they purchase has to fit them best. In terms of post-purchase evaluation, the results of the purchase, the implementation of the service or good is what helps them determine if it was bad or good. However, I feel like results in a general sense is how many people determine if a purchase was good or not.
